Angela is a young, skilled trial attorney and special counsel to Palumbo & Associates, P.C., home ofAttack That Ticket. To describe Angela as a young “up and coming” lawyer is an understatement. Angela was raised and educated locally, receiving her law degree from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, graduating cum laude in 2006.
Angela was sworn into the New York State Bar in 2007 and joined the law firm of Tilem & Campbell, P.C., a boutique general practice law firm that concentrates in complex criminal and civil litigation. Although a rookie attorney, Angela had the aptitude and dedication to work on a multitude of difficult and challenging litigation matters in varied practice areas such as probate, real estate, matrimonial, felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, DWI / DUI, complex commercial disputes, serious family court matters, and practice before the appellate courts.
It was while working at Tilem & Campbell, P.C. Attack That Ticket’s founder, Michael J. Palumbo, met Angela and immediately realized that she possessed skill and legal acumen far beyond her years of experience. When Angela left Tilem & Campbell, P.C. after 1 year to open her own office, Angela was immediately retained by Palumbo & Associates, P.C. as special counsel.
Angela’s special counsel role at Attack That Ticket is that of trial counsel and motion coordination. Angela handles conferences, negotiations, and trials in Westchester and the entire lower Hudson Valley. Angela is familiar with the procedures, customs, and workings of all of the area city courts and the majority of the town and village court. In addition to her trial duties, Angela is responsible for the research and construction of the majority of the motions we at Attack That Ticket make in our effort to zealously advocate on your behalf. Through Angela’s efforts, Attack That Ticket has superior motions to dismiss and motions to demand a speedy trial.
In addition to being special counsel, Angela maintains her own thriving private practice in Courtlandt Manor, New York. She practices criminal defense, DWI defense, will drafting, estate planning, civil litigation, No - Fault insurance defense, and matrimonial law. Angela is fluent in Albanian.
